It's hard to say without knowing more of the details. I'll


get out of the bike lane if I'm going straight thru an intersection, and there's a right turn lane just to the left of the bike lane. I do this so someone doesn't do a right turn into me. Sometimes also, the bike lane may have a hazard in it (glass, potholes, cars parked in the bike lane, etc).
